Police are searching for 41-year-old Robert Carvely, a Slovenian national who has been evading arrest for over a year in connection with multiple criminal offences.
He is known to frequently change vehicles and is believed to be staying in the area between Trieste and Koper, or elsewhere along the Slovenian coast.
