The service horse Pluto Famosa III has concluded his long and distinguished career with the Mounted Police. Late last week, he was officially handed over to his new owner to begin a well-deserved retirement.
Pluto Famosa III served with the Ljubljana Mounted Police Unit for an impressive 15 years. He was known for his calm temperament, reliability, and strength, providing invaluable support to officers during field operations. Over the years, he became an indispensable member of the unit and a loyal partner to many officers.
Now aged 20, he leaves behind a legacy of dedicated service. Pluto Famosa III was not only a service horse; he was the pride of the Ljubljana Mounted Police. His dedication and years of service have left a lasting mark.
