Two Brave Ć iĆĄka Police Officers Rescue Three People from Burning Building
On the afternoon of Monday, 17 March 2025, police officers responded to a report of a fire at a residential property in the Ć iĆĄka district of Ljubljana. Upon arrival, the house was already engulfed in flames. Two people were calling for help from the first floor, unable to evacuate on their own.

Velika planina plane crash: police carry out numerous activities in search of the missing plane
On 10 March 2025, officers of the Ljubljana Police Directorate were informed that air traffic control had lost communication with a small Mooney aircraft flying from Zagreb to Switzerland. Contact with the aircraft, which was carrying one person, was lost in the area of Velika planina.
