As of July 31, Spain, Belgium, Australia, Morocco, Andorra and Canada are excluded from the green list of epidemiologically safe countries and included on the yellow list. Due to deterioration of the epidemiological situation, Bulgaria, Romania, Bahamas, India and five Spanish autonomous communities are moved to the red list of countries.

Following Thursday's Government meeting by correspondence, Spanish autonomous communities Valencia, Basque Country, Catalonia, Navarre and Aragon, were put on the red list, while the communities of Ceuta, Asturias, Galicia, and Canary Islands remain on the green list.

As for changes on the red list of countries, Djibouti, Sweden, Gibraltar, Cayman Islands, Portugal, Equatorial Guinea, and Seychelles are taken off the red list and moved to the yellow list of countries.
