On 7 June, the Director General of the Police, Janko Goršek, received Dominique Fuchs who is standing down as attaché for internal security of the French Republic in Slovenia.

Fuchs's two year's mandate in Ljubljana will expire in September when his successor Lieutenant Colonel Didier Wioland starts discharging his duties from the Embassy of the French Republic in Vienna.

Slovenia and France have a long history of excellent cooperation. Director Goršek thanked Fuchs for his excellent work, firmly convinced that Wioland will be equally successful. Wioland plans to visit the internal organisational units of the General Police Directorate this week.
