Slovenian Government has announced exceptions to the restriction of movement between municipalities and regions. Travelling to other municipalities and regions for visits is going to be allowed in the period:

• from December 24 2020 at 12.00, until December 25 2020 at 20.00, and
• from December 31 2020 at 12.00, until January 1 2021 at 20.00.

Gathering of maximum six adult persons from two households on private property is also going to be temporarily allowed, whereas this does not apply to children under 15 years of age.

In the meantime, all the remaining restrictions and prohibitions from the ordinance shall remain in force (prohibition of events, gatherings, celebrations and weddings, prohibition of gathering, i.e., epidemiological curfew from 21:00 hrs until 6:00 hrs.)

The Government has issued a new Ordinance on the temporary partial restriction of movement of people and on the prohibition of gathering of people to prevent the spread of COVID-19, which comes into force on December 24 2020 and shall remain in force up to and including January 4 2021.
