The Deputy Director General of the Police, Tatjana Bobnar, and the Minister of the Interior, Katarina Kresal, today received three police officers who won gold in their respective categories at the 16th European Police Judo Championship.
Petra Nareks won gold in the 52 kg category, Rok DrakÅ¡iÄ in the 66 kg category, and SaÅ¡o Jereb in the 73 kg category. With a total of three gold medals, the Slovenian team (coached by Franc Pozderc) came third out of the 157 contestants from 23 countries, behind the judo superpowers of Russia and France, who both came with much bigger teams.
