Music lovers and admirers of the Police Orchestra take note: the concert held on Women's Day in the Gallus Hall of the Cankarjev dom in Ljubljana, was radio recorded.

The recording is part of the new radio series Brass and Patina and comes with the following description: "/.../ we heard representatives of the fairer sex, and each of these soloists will be featured either in this or in the next programme. The event itself replicated the format of the last three decades or so, when Milivoj Ĺ urbek took over the leadership of this professional orchestra. The first part is distinctly classical with demanding pieces for wind orchestras, the second part is lighter with soloists, mostly singers."
